There is a painting from by artist Thomas Gainsborough called Mr. and Mrs. Andrews. The original hangs in the National Gallery in London, England, where it has been held in collection for more than 50 years. I have a reproduction hanging in my own home because I love the story behind the painting. Thomas Gainsborough was twenty-one when he painted Mr and Mrs Andrews in At that time landscape painting was far less prestigious and poorly paid compared to portraits and Gainsborough was forced (since the family business, a clothiers' in Sudbury, had Artist: Thomas Gainsborough.
