Endure helped a ton in understanding how the human body reacts to different conditions and stimulus and as much as I learned from the interesting stories and advanced science discussed in the book, I also took away a lot that I can apply to my own fitness/5().

You can find Alex.Endure I got the first book on a whim and when I got around to listening to it I had to hurry and buy the next one right away and now I am saving to get the rest. This is a book that will keep you up past your bedtime or have you taking the long way home from work so you can listen longer if you have the audio version which by the way is well.
